Key Responsibilities:

1. Teaching and Instruction:
   • Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging and effective lessons in the assigned subject(s) in accordance with the curriculum guidelines and school policies.
   • Utilize a variety of teaching methods and techniques to cater to diverse learning styles and abilities within the classroom.
2. Assessment and Evaluation:
   • Develop and administer appropriate assessments to evaluate students’ understanding and progress.
   • Analyze student performance data to identify areas for improvement and adjust teaching methods accordingly.
3. Classroom Management:
   • Create a conducive and well-organized classroom environment that promotes active participation, discipline, and mutual respect.
   • Establish and enforce classroom rules and behavioral expectations in alignment with the school’s code of conduct.
4. Student Support and Guidance:
   • Provide individualized academic guidance and mentorship to students, identifying their strengths and weaknesses to help them reach their full potential.
   • Address students’ concerns, provide academic counseling, and encourage them to set and achieve academic and personal goals.
5. Parent and Stakeholder Communication:
   • Maintain open and transparent communication with parents/guardians to update them on students’ progress, behavior, and academic performance.
   • Attend parent-teacher meetings and actively participate in school events and activities.
6. Professional Development:
   • Participate in ongoing professional development opportunities to enhance teaching skills and stay updated on the latest educational trends and best practices.
   • Collaborate with colleagues and contribute to the development of school-wide educational initiatives and projects.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in the relevant subject or related field.
• Teaching certification or qualification from a recognized institution.
• Previous teaching experience is preferred, particularly in a similar educational setting.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Strong dedication to the holistic development of students and commitment to fostering a positive learning environment.
